Ross Beresford started Five Star Landscapes in 2023, after 15 years of working for his family’s landscape company. Ross Beresford grew up understanding the landscape industry and has studied and specialized in plant and lawn care for the better part of 2 decades.

Five Star Landscapes proudly practices integrated pest management, what is integrated pest management (IPM)? IPM takes advantage of all appropriate pest management options including, but not limited to, the judicious use of pesticides. pretty much it means we don’t use “chemicals” unless deemed necessary. In our approach we want to use pesticides to get the pests to an acceptable, controllable threshold. Then we use them only as needed, this method has positive effects both ecologically and economically.
